Little Girl's Pink Bustle Dress
c. 1873
This adorable young girl’s c. 1873 dress is made of pale pink satin with a diamond
shaped pattern. The charming sleeveless pinafore style dress is trimmed with wide bands
of a pink satin fabric on the neckline and hem area; the shoulders, front and back of the bodice
are decorated with pink satin bows. The dress has a separate pink satin belt that has a center back
peplum that falls over the bustle. A darling little Victorian party dress for a three year old girl.
